Same day delivery...10pm and still waiting!

Placed a grocery order today at around 12 midday well before the 4pm cut off time for same day delivery. Bottles supposedly prides themselves on same day deliveries. Its now 10:15pm and I still haven't received my order! The worst part is that according to the app my delivery slot just keeps changing and going later and later! It now says I will receive my order between midnight and 1am! I received no communication from Bottles to say that my order was not going to be delivered today. I had to contact them! They actually think this type of service is acceptable! This is the worst service I have ever received! They will never be getting any business from me in future. I'll gladly go back to using the Checkers sixty60 app.
