Sales attitude

This morning I had the unpleasant experience of standing in a queue to buy my sons each a tablet that was advertised by Pick n pay for 499-00 when I got to having my turn wow, what an experience!!!! I was told they out of stock and that because its a 1 day special I could forget about getting a rain check!! When I asked to speak to a manager as according to the new retail act this is unacceptable( when specials are advertised, stores are supposed to ensure they have adequate stock even if it is only for 1 day), I was told I could go whistle!!!!! really!!!!! I could understand had I not stood in a long queue to watch people in front of me buy 5 + and after being told I can go whistle having a lady that arrived after me walk up to a salesman with a name tag on called Joseph hand her some of the exact ipads I was waiting for and had just been told sorry ma'am but we ran out as we never expected such a response. This is unprofessional and biased. I am disgusted at this behavior and wonder exactly how many people were clients and who were staff members? was this just a gimmick to get us to the store? what a poor show pick n pay!!!!
