Sad first experience with PicknPay ASAP

I tried the PicknPay ASAP online delivery service today. After I had sucessfully registered and placed my first order, I noticed that I had received an email from PicknPay with a discount voucher that could have been used with my first order. I followed up with PicknPay on whether I could maybe be use the credit of the voucher with my next purchase. Sadly their process only allowed the voucher to be used with the first order. PicknPay, please consider reviewing your rigid processes and make it more accommodating.
