I'm so disgusted and infuriated by the treatment I got from a lady named Ruth at Pick 'n pay atteridgeville I was there to exchange my lunch box greeted the lady she didn't respond ok I stood there she was on her phone laughing not even acknowledging me when I eventually decided to leave she wants to scream across the store I went to get the new lunchbox I came back same treatment no apology no acknowledgement nothing another guy is trying to help me but his hands are tied because he doesn't have the authority I'm so disappointed I don't think I will ever support their branch ever again
