Running a promosion with Careless company
Last year we bought a Dishwasher from Pick n Pay Arbour Crossing The reason we bought it from Pick n Pay was because we could get a R500 Finish voucher.
Finish does not ever answer any emails or queries . And if it depends on Finish we will never get any voucher from them. We did follow the required process, but nothing. I tried to contact them, but was not able to get any response.
Pick n Pay, we trusted you and bought the Dishwasher from you. I would not suggest that you guys run any promotions with companies that could not be bothered at all with client service.
