Run around for something small

Good day

About 2-3 months ago, I went to purchase the 2 x Comfort Fabric softener that was on special at Pick n Pay Fourways but they had no stock on shelves and the Merchandiser was nowhere to be found.

I was advised to fill in my details someone will give me a call. Till today no one gave me a call.

I went to Pick n Pay fourways crossing last week and asked them to find the book that they wrote my details on. I was advised to fo find the piece of voucher that was given to me. I couldn't find the voucher and I couldn't come on Sunday as promised. I went o Monday and I was advised the softeners are waiting for me. I was on lunch and already late. I advised that I will come back but I couldn't.

I went again today and I was told that the 2x fabric softeners were removed. I offered to go get these softeners but when I get to the till about to pay I am advised to go dig for tbat piece of paper that was given to me. My advice was they must go get the book they used and check for this rain card thing it is there. I was advised that NO the books are sent bavk to the head office I must wait while they ask the other Male Employee.

Why didn't you tell me from Momday because she kept on telling me to come she will give me these softeners at that price? I am on lunch now I am expected to smile while waiting for something that I went to ask for last week already?

What kind of service is that? Now I must call the head office for what? Please guys improve your service it really sucks.
