RUDEST SERVICE EVER AT OUR NEW LOCAL PACK N PAY

Shuuu, am writing this complaint because am so shocked, I did not think people like this still exist in our mist.. In a world where we are dealing with such a horrible pandamic, I honestly expected us to at least respect each other and do what we get paid for at work if we can't love and appreciate each other So there is a pick n pay that just opened three streets away from my house, on the day of opening we, my sister and I were so excited, we went and it was full, so we decided to live and went back the next day On that day my sister was assisted by Audrey Tjale, oooh this lady was just so rude we couldn't believe it, when my sister wanted to complain, I asked her not to, believing it was just pressure of the opening on her side, we then left and went home

So now, on Wednesday I went to the same pick n pay again, all I needed was a lottery ticket and guess what, I got to be assisted by Audrey Tjale again, oooh wooow she was just extremely rude to me YET AGAIN, busy fighting with her colleagues in front of me, and when they done instead of helping me as I was just standing there asking for the tick, she walked away, came back and just ignored me, when I eventually started complaining to her, she asked me, on top of her voice, SHOUTING, WHAT DID I WANT HER TO DO, I got upset and asked not to talk to me as though she is talking to a child, a man working at a garage near by came and since he was holding his own tickets offered me one, by that time I was so upset I just left, I wanted to go home, calm down and saw how I felt the next day, as my heart was still heavy when I woke up, I decided to write this complaint

Learn to respect customers Audrey, you can not be shouting at people as though your crazy, that's very unpleasant, tasteless and unprofessional, all I needed was a ticket that was next to you at your counter, NOTHING ELSE!!!
