rudest lady I've ever known

I was getting a few things at Pick n Pay today and when I wanted to draw cash the lady at the till said she didn't have money I should do too the next till, her name is Illisa, the rudest human being one ever come across. that lady refused to help me and told the other customer that I shouldn't expect her help at all she was talking like I want standing right there. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop at this pick n pay the customer service is horrible. This is not the 1st time this has galen I'm fed up with people not emptying their jobs and making customers pay for it. Companies Should ensure they have customer friendly people assisting the public. Totally disgusted.
