Rudeness towards customers should not be tolerated
My name is Bronwyn Fynn, currently studying at the University of Zululand based at the Richards Bay Campus.

On the 05/05/15 around 16:15pm i was at the supermarket Pick n Pay at the Boardwalk mall Richards Bay,purchasing a few items which i was going to pay for with my edu- loan card. However i was assisted by a very rude cashier named Isabell Till 14. I greeted Ms Isabell 3 times of which she ignored me and continued to chat with lady named Ntokozo who was assisting with packing the purchased items.I had greeted Ms Isabell because i wanted information regarding the grocery bags that are sold, once she started cashing in my purchases i then asked her if i can buy the grocery/shopping bags with my edu-loan card? she then responded \ngumzulu mina and ngikhuluma isizulu mayu khuluma nami khuluma isizulu"so i asked the customer in front of me to please translate what i am trying to ask just when the customer was about to translate to her what i was saying she responded in her language insisting that the customer shuts up cause she wants me to speak to her in zulu.

My home language is Afrikaans and English. i was disrespected and would appreciate it if something be done about this.
