Rudeness and badgering

I had a conflict at the pnp Limpopo mall today at around 10h55 am. The lady who was working there by the parcel counter when I went to pick up my things after doing my purchases at the liquor store and jet store which are both right next door didn't want to give me my parcels as I had a jet parcel with me. I informed her that I went to the liquor store, then to collect my layby then when I went back into the pnp I wanted to also to buy other things(like noodles), she insisted that I have to pay(for the parcel service) cos they only hold parcels for pnp customers only. I asked her to call the manager, she only called security. I told her and the guard that no one told me before I put my property in their parcel counter but she insisted I know and that I must know. I asked yet again that they call in the manager of the store and they refused and gave me my property as they were still badgering me. The man whom I gave my parcel to when I initially got in, never told me anything about that policy, there is also no visible written sign of that policy. I reported it to the pnp customer service as they refused to call in the manager.
