Rude, untrained, ********, pompous, loud-mouthed "supervisor"

Went to Pick'nPay Bluff, where I usually shop for important provisions. I saw g****s on special and a gentleman told me that there is an additional R10 off. He also said that if I went to the till point and there was a problem, I should call him to explain to the cashier about the special that was running today. At the till point, I did experience a problem because the cashier told me that I had to buy 4 packs of g****s to qualify for the discount!!! I then called the gentleman who works in the fruit and veg section and he told the cashier that she must give me the R10 off. She refused to do so and called an uncouth woman called Philele to admonish me. She shouted rudely to me and refused to give me her name - she asked me why I wanted her name. Is Pick'n Pay so poor in training their staff? This is the second incident I had like this where the woman in the front, supposedly supervisors, refuse to give their names! She treated me like I am an ******** fool, illiterate and like an unwanted irritation to Pick'npay, as if the store doesn't need clients like me!!! I am outraged and upset with Pick'nPay for hiring staff like this who constantly insult loyal customers. I don't think I can take this any longer and will seriously change the store I support because Pick'nPay obviously is doing well enough to insult and chase away their loyal clients. Their sour faces, angry words and insulting treatment is really a bit too much for me now.
