Rude unreasonable assistant at make up aisle

<p>I would like to express my disconcert with the beauty assistant who was working today at Pick N Pay Montclare branch in Cape Town. Her name is Jade. I picked up a mascara that was placed in the front box; with no seal on it and that has clearly been used - apparently this was not a tester and she was incredibly rude and unprofessional insisting i pay for the product. I pointed out to her that 1. this product was open and actually very dry. She told me that there is no such thing as testing mascara which i also find incredibly shocking that one would expect me buy such a produce without trying it first. (like never heard of!)</p> <p>She was very unpleasant and i honestly would have bought the product should i had broken the seal to open it but i did not as this was a used product. She proceeded to laugh at me. I strongly suggest that her rapport be attended to and that if Pnp expect clients to buy used make up well then please make this known.</p>
