Rude/ unprofessional Cashier

Complaint about unprofessional/Rude Cashier. Pick nPay Aliwal North I am writing to report an unpleasant experience i had at your Store on the 13th of November 2025. The Cashier who assisted me by the name of Thembi was very rude and had a bad attitude throughout the interaction due to the fact that I am going to pay with an Avbob Voucher.This kind of behavior is unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer

I hope this matter will be addressed seriously to ensure a better service in future. I value your store,but this experience was very disappointing.
