Rude Teller screaming and shouting at me

Got to the express counter at pick n pay alberton (lemon tree) on the 2/08/2015. I had a trolley with my daughter in it with 5 item's as I'm in the que Pusuletso Ntobela calls the gentleman behind me and tells me no trolleys allowed. I explain to her it's only my daughter in it the items I have here are 5 she screams at me telling me NO! I should go to the full tills as I have a trolley I can't go through, still with an attitude and calling people behind me to assist them. I then took my daughter out of the trolley took my stuff out my 5 items of the trolley and put them o on her till so she can assist me. As she's assisting me she's still screaming at me telling her colleagues that me the customer I think I know better she kept on screaming those words till I left the store of which I find this very rude of her especially screaming at me infront of other customers. I always shop at this store I go there 3-4 times a week and I have never received such service ever and I'm highly disgusted in her attitude. She needs to be taught how to deal with customers and to be polite.
