Rude Teller & Manager

My wife was just at your Table View branch 15/05/2018 at around 14H30 and the teller at the express tills refused point blank to serve my wife because she had SLIGHTLY more than 10 items (12 items in total). Normally I would say this is understandable, but there was absolutely nobody in the queue behind her (the store was extremely quiet). When she enquired about this with the manager, the manager simply shrugged and said well other customers complain if they serve people with more than 10 items. Really? What other customers? For goodness sake, please train your staff to use their discretion and common sense!
