RUDE TELLER
<p>Went to pick n pay Brixton Jhb to pay Dstv and purchase few items..The teller failed to explain new procedures about payments,I humbly requested the manager who gladly made me understand procedure.As I was done with everything the rude teller said he saw no need to explain anything to me..I was upset at his rude manner of approach and poor conduct.When I explained to the manager his statement he stated how he hadn't said anything to me as if I was mentally unsound.When he was cautioned about his behaviour in my presence he continued with the other customers in line as if we were not in his presence.I don't think its acceptable for people to receive such rude behaviour..If he can't handle the till send him to the receiving goods aisle..</p>
