Rude Store manager and faulty Sunlight washing pow

On Saturday the 26th September I bought 3kg sunlight washing power(hand wash).This is the soap I buy every month at Birchleigh North Pick 'n Pay and I've never had a problem with it.I then started to use it and I realised there's something wrong, I kept pouring the soap in the water and it wasn't foaming at all, instead it was like I put oil in the water. Upon realising that this pack is not preforming as it should be I then took it to the store for an exchange trusting that the problem might be with this pack only so hope wasn't lost at all on sunlight.<br> I got to the store and explained to Dawie,even asked him to go test it in his kitchen sink to see what I am on about. The rude dawie started yelling at me telling me how he sells pallets of theses and never had a single complain, he refused to test the soap telling me how I brought back less that a kilogram when I bought 3kg.Not listening to my complained how it got used up. He tells me he is not unilever and no one will tell him what to do in his store.He told me I should contact unilever myself.Please refund me my money as I cannot complain at unilever they never sold me the soap but you and your dawie did.
