Rude store manager an owner

I have been too pick n pay verulam on the 01/12/2018.I picked all my stuffs what I needed an went to the till to pay. The cashier ringed up all the stuffs I had the 100 rand 5 stamps to return because I didn't have the book they refused to assist. I previously also purchased there I also wasn't issued the booklet an I purchased for over 1600 on that day. All the managers refused to help lovashnee, zunaid the store manager including the store owner who was very rude an was screaming at me in front off customers. It's not my first time having a issue at that store. The owner of the store is asking me we're do I work instead off assisting me. They are running pick n pay name down. For all the time wasted at the store an for bring humiliated I want to know what is going to be done for me. I will be awaiting for a reply.
