Rude store manager

This is to complain about the service we got at Pick n Pay Maponya on the 12 May 2019 around 15:45. We bought the R100 deal for the sweet roll,gateaux cake and milk tart special, however the sweet roll was not baked on that day. We asked to substitute it with another milk tart as the prices were the same and they advised us on a reign check for the sweet roll. We were not happy with the response from the cashier and avised to speak with someone senior. The lady by the name on Connie but the name tag was E****encia who was apparently a store manager came through.She was so loud and never took the fault as a manager for the store not have baked the sweet roll for that day yet the special was still advirtised at the store. She was very unhelpful, arrogant,rude, and does not posses the position of being a manager. She doesnt have customer service qualities nor leadership s****s. The store manager walked away without assisting us. She was so unproffessional to be a store manager at Pick n Pay.
