Rude staff pushing customer out of the way
Went to your Springsgate branch this morning to do shopping. The mangoes were on markdown and the RUDE staff pushed my wife out of the way to access the stock! Furthermore they were picking and sorting the Fruit in the boxes to their liking! I can't send you pictures

If apologies makes up for your rude staff pushing my wife out of the way to get to a markdown then I guess it is fine for that kind of behavior. I shared a photo with him and staff from a number of departments were digging for the best mangoes, even trolley collectors and cleaning staff were joining the frenzy! I guess it's OK to treat loyal customers like that if you can score a bargain.
