Rude Staff member and bad merchandising principles

Today I visited PnP Cavendish square to pick up a few essentials, I ended up in the pet aisle where I was looking for something for fleas for the dogs , finding the one I wanted under a price tag for R19.99 I took 2 , and taking a photo of the section where these items were merchandised, proceeded to go thru the other items only to find that nothing was on its place most items didn't have a price and there was no merchandising principles been adhered to , everything was just placed all sloppily in what looks like what ever space empty space was available. We proceeded to the check out where I was greeted by Mayamane , I put thru my items then asked him to scan the flea drops for dogs which scanned r100 and some odd rands I proceeded to tell him I found it under a price tag of R19.99, he Proceeded to call Ntsikelelo ( who didn't acknowledge me ) and explained to him what I had just told him, Ntsikelelo then proceeded to tell me that as i cn see that the price tag I found it under is for a PnP item and not for the said item I was wanting to purchasing, I told him that's not my problem because I dnt merchandise your store, and that the pet aisle was very deurmekaar, he then turns around and says to me that as I can see the whole store is deurmekaar ( like how the **** is that my problem) tells me I must pay the price that the item scanned or I mst find the right one , I told him to go find it and took after him, finding him standing there I show him where I found it along with the other 5 units of the same item that was just shoved in there, so I say to him I can understand if it was one item found there that was just Randy dumped but this was all packed here, and I show him the rest of the items that are in the aisle under wrong tickets , or no tickets at all, he then shouts at me say that CN I not see that all the Bob Martin's is one price all the this is one price all the that is one price when they are all different items, this is not the first time that I've had an encounter with this store , this guy clearly lacks customer service , and I'm almost sure that had I not been coloured this would have been handled differently , telling me that as I'm aware of store policy, how the **** do I look like I work for PnP? I'm am ****ed at the level of service. Dressed down today probably didn't look like I could afford to shop . Please train your ppl in customer service , people skills and humility, that guy clearly has a chip on he's shoulder, dnt even know what he's title is.
