rude staff member

I was at Pick 'n pay clothing in Soneike (for the 1st time), there was a staff member by the name of Jabu. who was busy making nasty comments about customers. She was complaining about how messy and inconsiderate customers are and that she imagines how they cupboards look like back at their homes. I was on the kids dept, I approached one of the staff members who was very helpful on the same dept and asked her to stop her as I was still in the store and pity I was the only customer who understood the language and told her that I took offence, instead of apologising she arrogantly told her she was not speaking to me and I was not on the dept she was commenting about. This was the worst experience in the pick 'n pay stores especially that this was my 1st time in that particular store.
