Rude staff

Today I had very bad service at the Cavendish Branch.The staff is just plain rude and disrespectful.The big shocker for me was the attitude of the lady in red.It was to much for me to ask her to call the Manager.I really think She needs customer service training.I certainly didn't feel welcome,and won't ever go there again.
