Rude staff

Went to pick n pay sasolburg square, the staff are always very rude. Today 3 October 2024 it was the lady working at the cigarette counter, when asked where I should que she decided not to answer me. Honestly how these people get away with bad service is beyond me if I try this at my job I'll be in big trouble. There are many people who really needs a job get rid of this useless cashiers!
