Rude staff

<p>I went to pick n pay today after work. my daughter desperately needed the bathroom. the family bathroom and senior bathroom was both occupied. I asked a staff member if the toilets were out of order after waiting more than 5min. she said no they are just occupied. I water another couple of minutes while listening the whole time someone talking on their phone in the senior toilet. only to see both toilet doors opening and it being pick n pay staff one being a manager occupying the toilets meant for senior customers and family customers. I was clearly upset that I waited almost 10 min for them to blow their noses and talk on their cellphones in the bathrooms meant for customers. I asked to speak to a manager who didn't look concerned at all and said he would relay it to the front line manager but didn't even ask me to point out who the staff members were. didn't take my details or anything. </p>
