RUDE STAFF

I went to Pick N Pay Cornubia to buy something and withdraw cash. I am always polite and greet any staff member and ask how they are doing. The cashier Andisiwe Mayela scanned the item and I then said please may I have R500 cash, when I had to present my card I asked if I should swipe or Tap the card, as I was not sure, as a result, the card had tapped when I went to swipe. she then gave me a heavy SIGH while rolling her eyes, I then said don't be rude I asked what should I do, and with a attitude, she rep**** "WELL I TOLD YOU TO INSERT THE CARD" of which she didn't coz she was so dazed. the level of service from Pick n Pay nationally has dropped terribly.
