Rude service I got from Pick n Pay Bars by the cashier and the security

I was so disappointed with the service that I got at pick n pay bara or black chain,I wanted to with my money/savings from my time bank account which is linked or a pick n pay bank,and I was rudely told by the cashier and the security to go and que the SASSA with drawals line which was long,why am I made to go and que with the people who are withdrawing social grants,and only one till was used for that,please kindly make sure that the security you hire have customer service and they love the job they are doing. The treatment we get in the location is soo poor we are being treated like dirt,I am going to close my time bank account ASAP cause even when you want to withdraw they will tell you that they dont have money,while I opened my account with R15000 but to get R5000 it becomes a hustle,this time bank needs to upgrade their services.Looking forward for your response.
