Pick n pay Clearwater is the most ridiculous and ******* of a branch. I was in Queu when i saw a young lady wearing bidvest uniform going to withdraw money and she was made a laughingstock by a bunch of tellers. At first they told her that they dont have 50s on their floats so she must go get change somewhere and she left after 10 minutes when she came they started laughing and they told a client/customer that they dont deal with R350 she must go to Sassa.what i want to know is what is management doing about that as its not my 1st time seing that treatment from that specific pick n pay .is it because they saw her wearing cleaning clothes and thats why she was treated like that? The name of the till operator who was doing the most talking is Jabulisiwe Mabizela.it was very sad to experience such a distasteful mannerism from an employee doing it to a client.when she asked for the manager they said she is not around and she must come back at 6.
