Rude Service

Worst online service delivery that I was billed but never received. The driver was meant to call me when he was about to leave to come to my house so instead of calling again when he "couldn't find me" he turned back and I intern had no food. The worst thing about this is I am paraplegic and it is very cold. So by default, I have to rely on services offered so I don't become inconvenienced with day to day challenges I already face on a daily basis. I had the whole day planned and it all was ruined by someone lazy to check an instruction and basic common sense. And to add insult to injury, I received a email stating I had been refunded but when I checked my account nothing. So I am broke and hungry and paraplegic. Best way to start the weekend. The store clerk I spoke to at the store even had the audacity to ask me which driver spoke to..how am I supposed to know. That's not my job. I am so disappointed beyond belief.
