RUDE SECURITY REFUSING CUSTOMER ACCESS TO STORE

I AM DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM YOUR STORE PNP CENTURION MALL.Why did YOUR SECURITY Dinah, deny access to my 11 year old daughter into the store because she was wearing a wanzi pajamas? Where is it written you can't enter store with PJs?

I told Dinah the security that I am not leaving my 11 year old daughter outside the store risking a kidnapping in the country we live in. Dinah insisted I walked in anyway. On my way out, I spoke to Alex, branch manager next to Dinah, asking him if it is your policy to deny access to customers wearing PJs. Dinah said things to me like 'i was shouting, how can she kidnap my kid, she said i am making noise, she even said she can't kidnap kids as she is South African, she was unapologetic, talking to me like I am not a customer. She was very RUDE. She said all these things in front of Alex, manager manaand Irene, Frontline supervisor, that showed me she does not respect Superiors.

Even when Alex told her to apologise she still went on. After a while she wanted to apologise, i said I was not interested, I'm taking up this matter with head office, she went again saying "Do whatever you want to do". I could not believe my ears that someone can disrepect a customer like that in front of Store Manager.PLEASE REMOVE DINAH FROM PNP CENTURION MALL, SHE WILL RUIN YOUR REPUTATION,I WON'T SHOP THERE IF SHE IS STILL THERE.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF PicknPay has a policy to deny kids in to the store if they are wearing wanzi pajamas, please get someone from your head office to contact me.Why did Mall security allow me in with my daughter wearing PJs but PicknPay did not?
