Rude Security Officer

So yesterday I went to Busy Corner Pick n Pay, and this RUDE security officer by the name of Patience (if she told me her real name) insisted that I must put my food at the parcel counter, despite the fact that I told her 8 times that foods cannot be left at the counter. She refused to mark drink saying it's cold and her marker cannot write. I was so ****ed I reported this to her "supervisor", and instead, she kept on arguing and shouting at me. In short, I left my food at parcel counter per her instruction. This is unacceptable and I want action taken against that unprofessional officer. You must give me feedback by Monday latest. If you can't resolve this, please assist with her Employer's details and PSIRA number so that I can escalate this myself.
