rude security at pnp maponya
on sunday 24 june we bought alcohol at Maponya and we were charge R259.00 for 1 stella and we went to complain the Sipho the security was assisting us and his super came was very rude to even said my money doesn't matter we waited more than an hour for to resolve the matter . we were not happy about the treatment from the security supervisor . he didn't even asked Sipho who was trying to calm us down and getting help for us
please PnP ask Sipho to train his supervisor how to handle conflict
