RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

My friends and I were purchasing groceries. We go to the teller and she didn't ask us for our smart shopper card (Like she's supposed to) and we kept quiet. The teller didnt seem to be in a good mood which we all understood. When it was time to pay, my friends and I started calculating how much we all needed to contribute towards the groceries worth R1349.38. Each individual amongst us starting swiping the necessary amount and then the teller (Tshepiso) had the nerve to tell us to hurry up because we're not the only ones. we were not even taking our time & she still hadn't requested the smart shopper card. When i was swiping my amount i handed her my bank card and the smart shopper but she blatantly ignored the smart shopper and just took my bank card. After we had finished paying, My friend took the smart shopper and asked her nicely to PLEASE load our smart shopper points that we had earned and she refused! I then asked for the store manager and i was referred to a teller (Nhlanhla) who claimed to be the store manager. When the actual store manager came, he didnt seem to be apologetic in anyway & just instructed someone to photocopy the slip & take our details. No one apologized!
