Rude ****** manager

My complaint is regarding the manager Frans at pick n pay Towers Boksburg.I wanted to query the special on dairy milk chocolates,he came with attitude and didn’t greet - saying I will not give it at that price. He then spat Out on my jacket Something he was eating so rudely and didn’t say sorry till I told him to wipe it off and he didn’t even apologize then. He insisted that the advert did not include the limited edition chocolates and had complete attitude with myself and my husband. He said I can report him and do what I want, with a smile on his face. He was totally ******. Absolutely pathetic behavior, if this is the behavior at management stores - I rather not shop at pick n pay at all. Disgusting rude old man. I don’t mind if the special did not include limited edition but the advert clearly indicated assorted dairy milk chocolates and the way he handled the situation was terrible. It’s no way a manager should behave, it’s appalling that he can even call himself a manager. This needs to be addressed as he has no respect for customers whatsoever and we have rights as customers.
