Rude pick n pay driver and no solution for me ...intentionally delivered wrong items

I am not happy with pick n pay Asap! I ordered stuff ...then the driver called me to tell that if I don’t direct him from Dobsonville to naledi ...which is very impossible...he then threatened me that he will return the item to the shop..meat we bought to cook..then he intentionally delivered my meat to a wrong address to spite me and delivered cookies for me imagine...customs care are telling me they are definitely coming to collect but no solution regarding my delivery...this is unacceptable
