Rude pick n pay delivery guy

The delivery guy got lost. I stood outside and showed him im here and he stood more than 200 meter a way and showed.me to fetch the parcels and i walked to him and he started yelling at me saying the address is incorrect and i tried to explain and he continued to verbally abuse me. To took it off I had to walk down the street even thou I indicated to him it's me and he was about give the parcels to a druggie. I'm extremely upset that bad experience I had with delivery. And Im usingbthos option alomost every second day
