Rude pick n pay

On the 25-08-2023 during loadshedding I was at maponya mall Pick n pay to do my grocery while I was still waiting to put my parcel to parcel counter the was a skinny lady with black hands she didn't have name tag she was working at parcel counter she was busy with other customers talking personal stuff not focusing she end up mixing our parcel she was so rude swearing us she never apologize nothing instead she continues being rude even after we lest the counter please maponya mall management deal with your staff we also got our personal issues like maponya mall Pick n pay service it's rotten it's discussing it's annoying sometimes shopping at maponya mall Pick n pay I've to think twice
