Rude personnel & lack of pricing

<p>I have been complaining about this PnP Mini Market since 2014, but no one does anything or come back to me. Yesterday I wanted to buy Hug in a Mug - Toasted Marshmallow (bought it on Tuesday, 28 June 2016 for R39.90) and there was only one price for the entire range - R39.90, so I thought it was still on special. When it was scanned at the teller, it scanned R48.90, so I took it up with them. There was 2 ladies and they were extremely rude to me, even shouted at me that the 1 price on the shelf was for the Cappuccino flavour, not for any other flavour, yet when they scanned the Cappaccino flavour it was also R48.90. They refused to give it to me at the price on the shelf and the humiliated me by shouting and being rude to me if front of other clients. The store owner wasn't there at the time of the incident. I have had it with this Pick n Pay. Their prices are constantly wrong or there's not price at all for some items. Please can someone do something about this. </p>
