RUDE PARCEL MAN AT PICK N PAY PHILIPPI JUNCTION MALL

I am absolutely disgusted by the service me and other customers received from a parcel man at Philippi junction mall. He was so rude and shouting at an elderly due to her just saying she was given the wrong number compared to where her parcel was placed, I intervened to inform him not to shout at the lady he ended up shouting at me, he even had the audacity to say I may be a customer but I don't fool him there's nothing I can do. He even dropped my parcel on the floor with my jacket falling out along with my curtains. The security informed me he has been reported to the Manager many times a Mr Wayne who was not available to speak to due to being off today. I have never asked to speak to the manager at any store but due to his disgusting and rude behavior I even had to do so, I see nothing has been done about his behavior so he carries on like that. The funny thing is pick N pay is in partnership with the company I work for so I did not that sort of service. I expected their stuff to be properly trained on how to deal with customers and how to speak to people in general. I will absolutely never visit that pick N pay again, I will even inform my own company of the matter, it's appalling.
