RUDE NOMBULELO FROM PICK N PAY THE WORKSHOP

PicknPay The WorkshopI am from DBN but based in Capetown,I'm an advocate at the CT high court, I sent my brother to post some important stuff for me via Aramax and he was mistreated by Nombulelo in your store today at around 12pm. This is not the 1st time Ive sent my siblings to post via Aramax and you guys never assist. Nombulelo went as far as shouting at him and saying"You don't listen I said this this" why wasn't she guiding him politely? And why don't they have Aramax training since PnP is in contract with Aramax, how come at this store no one knows about this service? I will follow up on this, because this service is not allowed!!!I want the senior manager to contact me on email regarding this and the process that follows for Nombulelo. SHE WAS RUDE!!!Most women in retail do not like their jobs, men give exceptional service as compared to women. At this store my family always receives bad services from women and this Nombulelo I'm reporting because it is not the 1st time she is mistreating customers. I will take this up, those documents are very important.
