RUDE MANAGERS , ABSURD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to to pick’n pay clothing to buy shoes for my daughter, as I was shopping right at the front I found a grey denim dress, I took my shoes and dress for payment and I was told I can’t buy the dress as it’s not from their store, I asked how so and I was told by Zanele the cashier that the dress was from the stock they received, so she called her manager meshack and advised him I would like to buy the dress , he went to back to ask he’s colleague who is also the manager Sizwe, he called me to where he was, to rudely inform me that the dress belonged to the customer and it was taken out by mistake to the front and hanged with the other clothes. He repeatedly said I won’t get the dress!!the dress had a tag and was new. which I asked how did the customer leave a new dress in their store and was not kept away for the customer he said he doesn’t know but I won’t get the dress, I was rudely attended by meshack who got forcefully took the dress from me and said YOU WILL NOT GET THIS DRESS END OF STORY, I informed him that I would like to record him to have that information on a recording to report this matter, pick n pay clothing the glen said they will not sell me a dress as their mistake is my loss and they won’t give me a dress as it will be their loss yet said it’s a customers dress. They said they don’t know the customer who left the new dress, the other manager said he it was taken from their newly received stock by mistake, no apology whatsoever was given to this whole matter , I have a video of meshack and pictures of the dress .

1.My question is why was dress hanged with other dresses to be sold? 2.Why was dress in a good sellable condition with a tag on but the customer left it in the store? 3.Is it really my problem as a customer that they have the dress out from the stock room? 4.Is that how pick n pay deals with their customers? 5The staff you have is it how they should treat us? 6. I was humiliated to be addressed in a rude disrespectful manner in front of other customers and told I will never get the dress and it was taken forcefully from me
