Rude manager PNP clothing Valley View

I visited Pick n Pay clothing Valleyview at 9am today to exchange two pairs of shorts. They did not have in stock and I asked the sales person to look on the system. The manager, Buang, was standing behind the counter was busy on her phone. At one point I saw she was watching a Tiktok video. The assistant was battling on the PC and taking long. Eventually I asked the manager to assist and she was very rude and said she is helping. I countered saying that she was watching Tiktok and had not looked up from her phone. The manager then called me a **** in front of other customers. This is unacceptable. Please check security footage and take action against this manager.

I then went to the Keywest branch and was assisted by Hope and the manager Lehlohonolo. Both these staff were kind and helpful and gave excellent service.
