Rude Manager Pavilion Branch

I was waiting at the cadge desk for the manager with a cashier Nonjabulo. Nonjabulo said she needed a manager to authorise the exchange and she rang the bell three times and the manager Sibongisele Merele eventually came and didn’t greet me, I greeted her and she said “Hi” under her breath and was irritated. She ignored me and treated myself and the cashier like we were disturbing her although she was in the front talking to another male employee. She slammed the door when she had to get the money. I asked her what’s wrong and what her name and surname is because she really isn’t giving very good customer service. She said her name is Sibongisle, I asked her for her surname , she widened her eyes at me and shook her head and said she is “Sibongisile.” The cashier looked very scared. The cashier completed the transaction and gave me the money. On my way out I told the manager, Sibongisele I would be reporting her behaviour and how she treats her staff to head office. I tried to take a picture of her to identify her but I deleted it as I did not have her permission. She shouted at me that she will sue me and said let them give me a warning. She said she doesn’t care they must give her a warning. I am very disappointed. I always purchase my kids clothes from this branch. Her behaviour and treatment to both customers and staff is unacceptable.
