RUDE MANAGER

Good day.

I bought expired spar-letta and had to drive all the way back to return the product. When I got there I told the manager floor manager Sunita how inconvenienced I am because I have to now spend my petrol on their mistake. Her exact answer was "it's unfortunate but it is what it is" and when I asked her why must I be inconvenienced she told me that's what I have to deal with but will not be reimbursed in any way because I had to drive (WITH MY OWN PETROL). I'm sure you guys are well aware how expensive petrol is nowadays and I don't have to be inconvenienced by making unnecessary trips because your company didn't ensure proper quality. How is that my fault and why must I be the one spending to correct it?
