Rude Manager

Visited pick n Pay Mayfield Square on Saturday, their system was not taking voucher cards and I was only told when I got to the till that systems doesn't allow gift vouchers, lucky I had cash with me. No one notified me that my money on the gift voucher was deducted only found out today when the manager by the name of John called. He was very rude on line with me as if I was using his money for the purchase. Pathetic service from him you don't treat customers that way. I asked why wasn't I notified that the money was deducted on the voucher and stuff because now I have to drive back to them and deal with This *********** manager Called John and very Rude. Kindly look into the matter and provide feedback regarding your Rude manager John from pick n pay Mayfield square
