Rude Manager @ PnP Pbservatory St Peters Square

This afternoon myself and my colleague we went to do shopping at this Pick N Pay and it was during loadsheding .

The frozen refrigerators were closed, and we were not allowed, and the refrigerators were taped, I asked one of the shop assistants to call the manager as it was unfair for customers to suffer due to the stores inability to provide an alternative source of power. The manager came and he did not even greet, he used sign language to ask which one of you wants me. I greeted him and explained that we had to do our shopping once and we cant come back we need 2 x 5 kg of frozen chicken.

he refused that it's not their fault but Eskom.

I said we were not buying at Eskom we were buying at PnP which for the past 9 months I've been shopping at Weekley buying groceries.

He said, " we are not going to open that fridge, if you are not happy with this, you can go and buy anywhere you like. "

This manager was rude, was arrogant.

And he showed in clear terms that he did not care about our problem, and we left the shop without buying.
