Rude manager and over priced goods

I went to pick n pay Ermelo to get a few things that are on special as I viewed the Mpumalanga specials online and to my surprise not everything on the online pamphlet was on special in store. The cashier by the name of Phindile went to the Ridley to verify the price and said the prices did not change and she called her manager Nqobile to come refund me as I’ve decided that I’m not gonna pay that price and Nqobile was so rude.
