Rude manager

On father's day 18 June 2023 I bought pyjamas set for my husband (XL) they were folded but when I got home they were too big for him,I went to pick n pay newtown in Johannesburg for an exchange with the original reciept. The cashier asked me to check the size I was looking for, I got it(Large) same set and color. The Large did not have price tag on them and the lady who was charge(management)refused to process the exchange transaction saying that because the set I wanted has no price and there is absolutely nothing she can do. I asked to buy the Large set instead without doing any exchange and her response was that it's not possible as the set has no price. I was very very disappointed 😞.
