Rude Manager

Hi,<br> I would love,for the SECOND TIME,bring to your attention the bad attitude that your manager at your Pick n Pay in Kliptown possesses.the first time I laid a complaint about her via this platform someone from your Head Office called me and ensured somthng was gonna be done to correct her behavior,it has failed.what started as a misunderstanding on your deaodorants aisle ended up being an embarassing exchange with her in front of other patrons.<br> <br> Me and my lady were shopping in ur store and unaware of the rules(no notice was put up to say this was unallowed) she tested one of the body sprays,we were approached with attitude by the security wven though we explained that this happened because we were'nt aware of the rules.he rudely insisted we would not leave the store without paying,this is when I asked for the manager.I must say I was shocked that your lady manager rudely echoed the view that we will be locked in if we id not pay,she insisted that I was lying when I said I was not aware of such rules and that it would have been easier if there was a notice put up.She topped it all up by saying that my lady is gonna ***** somewhere next time.this to me is pure unprofessionalism.
