Rude Management Pick n Pay

Yesterday my co worker and I visited Pick n pay Lifestyle Square Rustenburg to purchase dinner for our mine employees who were working overtime on site. This morning the entire team is off sick from the food we bought for them and as a result we have also lost a day of production. I contact the Manager at the store and he blatantly asked me what he must do about the issue and asked if I am sure that its the food that made the team sick, he insisted that there is nothing he can do if we cannot provide proof that it actually is the food that made the team sick. I was not expecting such a rude response from a whole Manager of a store. I was not even asking for a refund or anything of the sort I just wanted to report to management that the food was not ok and they should look into it. The manager asked that if we provide Dr proof that the food made our employees sick then he will gladly give us 14 more plates as an apology....AS IF ILL EVER BUY COOKED FOOD FROM THEM.
